What a submission will require

1. A public URL that reviewers can inspect without an account.
2. The product name and a factual description of how Gummy UI is used.
3. The submitter’s name, relationship to the product, and authority to grant publication permission.
4. Explicit permission to publish the product name, URL, description, and supplied imagery.
5. Confirmation that supplied copy and imagery contain no confidential data or unlicensed third-party material.

What review does not imply

Showcase inclusion will not be a certification of accessibility, security, compatibility, performance, commercial success, or endorsement. Any factual claim must be independently evidenced and narrowly attributed.

How review will work

When intake opens, a reviewer will first confirm that the destination is public and safe to inspect, then check the submitter’s relationship to it and the scope of publication permission. Copy will be edited only for clarity and factual restraint. If a screenshot is proposed, the reviewer will check ownership, visible personal data, third-party marks, and whether the image still represents the live destination. Nothing is published merely because a form was submitted.

Accepted entries will receive a final record containing the approved name, description, URL, media, permission evidence, and review date. Rejected or incomplete material should not be retained longer than needed to close the review. An owner can later request correction or removal through the monitored support route; a change in product ownership or destination may trigger a fresh permission check.

Submission status

Submissions are not yet accepted because there is no approved, monitored intake address or named response owner. This avoids collecting personal data into an unattended channel.
